Simplify your morning with SIMPLIFY Brewer. The typical flat bottom brewer amplifies the natural sweetness of your coffee, while conical brewers tend to highlight more of the complexity and bring out a bit more acidity. SIMPLIFY walks the narrow line between these two worlds, so no more deciding which aspect of the coffee you want the most.

The SIMPLIFY brewer is designed to minimize contact between filter and brewer, so no water passes through the filter without going through the coffee bed. Combine that with a large 40mm drain hole and high airflow and you get a brewer that's forgiving, ultra consistent, and will extract more from your coffee in less time - especially helpful if you just bought a washed Ethiopian coffee that you just know would need a coarser grind to avoid stalling in a V60.

Recipe:

1. place the paper filter in the SIMPLIFY the Brewer and pour hot water over the entire paper and rinse it (if it is too much trouble, you can of course leave it as it is)

2. pour hot water into the center of a 15g cup of very fine ground coffee (no need to draw a circle).

3. Pour up to 230g of hot water in 30 seconds.

4. wait for 1 to 1.5 minutes

5. enjoy in your favorite mug!
