• We currently ship within Egypt. For international inquiries, please contact us.
• All orders are processed and shipped from our Cairo warehouse.

• Cairo & Major Cities: 1–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: Subject to courier availability

💳 Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over EGP 5,000
• Flat rate of EGP 100 for orders below EGP 5,000
• Additional fees may apply for heavy or oversized equipment

📦 Packaging & Handling

• All items are securely packaged to protect against transit damage.
• Machinery and fragile items may be shipped on pallets or with specialized packaging.
