The April Brewer comes with a custom-designed saucer and cup that you can brew directly in to. With the cup comes a lid to improve the aroma experience, it also allows you to regulate the temperature to your liking. 

What makes this brewer special?

We have considered the whole experience, from brewing to tasting. Asking ourselves what the best way to brew and enjoy a cup of coffee is? The result is a one of a kind flatbed brewer with a custom-designed bottom that allows unique water flow. This feature creates a sweeter taste experience in all temperatures and generates the highest possible flavor quality. But it’s not just about the brewing process. To enjoy the coffee in the best possible way, we created an innovative lid solution; that allows you to trap aromas and keep temperature stability.

The April Pour Over - Story

By trade, we are Coffee Roasters. We source and roast some of the finest coffee in the world. However, one day, we realized that we were missing a piece of the puzzle. To make coffee taste better, we needed to become better coffee brewers.

So, we set out on a journey to create a new and innovative pour-over brewer that was easy to use and allows everyone to brew better-tasting coffee.
We asked ourselves how we can brew better coffee? How you brew coffee is decided by how the coffee is roasted. We designed a brewing device that keeps up with the modern progression of coffee roasting.
We took two years to perfect the product, testing several different prototypes. We took our time because we wanted to make sure that we had something truly innovative and of the highest quality. 

The final test of the brewer

For the final test, we brought the April Pour over with us to the World Brewers Cup 2019 in Boston, where we secured a silver medal and generated the highest-scoring cup in the competition using our Pourover. That’s when we realized we were on to something good.
