Smooth (Green dripper ) - Fast flow rate, great for highlighting nuances in acidity and aroma. Recommended for a coffee with fruity and floral qualities.
Mellow (Blue dripper ) - Medium flow rate, ideal for a balanced and rounded brew. Recommended for coffee with sweeter notes and moderate body.
Strong (White dripper ) - Slow flow rate, to emphasize the body and mouthfeel. Recommended for coffee with a distinct tactile experience.
